Ingredients:  
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
5 Tablespoons lemon juice or more
5 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups safflower or extra virgin light olive oil
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon onion powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat in a blender on high all ingredients except oil, ketchup and blue cheese. Chill
Pour oil into chilled mixture in a slow stream, stirring constantly until mixture gets thick.
Stop and stir, then start again.
Repeat until all oil is added. Add ketchup, then blue cheese. Taste to see if you have enough black pepper and onion powder.
