1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 cup soured milk (can use 1 teas vinegar to sour)
2 eggs
3 large mashed bananas
1 teas. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cups nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and bananas and mix well. Add soda to the soured milk. Stir well then add milk mixture to the large bowl. Mix well. Put in small bread pans spayed with Pam.Bake in 350 preheated oven until done. (about 30 minutes if using the small loaves. It will take longer for the large loaf).
