Firm Anaheim Green Chiles (4-12)

_Preheat oven to 350 degree's.
Rinse the green chills and then place them on a cookie sheet.
Roast the Chiles for 30 minutes, flipping after the first 15 minutes..
Remove from oven and place chills in a plastic bowl with a lid (this step allows the heat to continue to steam and loosen the skins) or cover bowl with plastic wrap..
Allow chills to cool before handling.. Remove the stems from the chills and freeze in plastic freezer bags.. Place 6-9 chills per bag and label and date... Defrost and peel and skin when ready to use.. Chiles can be diced and seasoned with garlic powder or garlic salt...
