1 egg
1T lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 lbs. fillets
1 -1/2 cups mashed potato flakes
2 T sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 stick butter
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with lemon juice, salt & pepper. Dip in egg mixture, then roll in the flakes which have been mixed with the seeds.

Heat butter in large skillet. Cook fillets until golden brown on underside, then turn carefully and brown other side. Serve with lemon wedge and/or tartar sauce.
