Use Mom's Granola recipe

Directions:
Directions:
After mixing granola with liquid, press into a baking sheet that is lined with a silpat sheet. With a rubber spatula that has been sprayed with Pam, press granola very flat into pan. Bake until top begins to brown.

Remove from oven and place parchment paper on top of pressed granola. Place the bottom of another baking sheet onto the top of the parchment paper/granola as if to stack the baking sheets. Flip the sheets over so the granola is flipped over and resting on the bottom of the second baking sheet. Remove the original baking sheet and silpat.

Bake again until the bottom is browned. Remove from oven and cut immediately with sharp knife or pizza cutter. Cool completely.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These make great granola bars for taking with you when you need to pack something in your purse...just in case. I often use some extra liquid for the bars compared to the regular granola. Brent likes them sweeter.
