1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey,
1/4 c. chopped onion,
1 green pepper chopped,
3 tbs. chili powder,
3 cloves garlic, minced,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. pepper,
1 can chicken broth,
1 can diced tomatoes with juice,
1 sm. can tomato paste,
1 can kidney beans, rinsed, drained,

Heat pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey. Cook till browned. Stir in next six ingredients; cook 5 min. Stir in broth, tomatoes and paste. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 12 min. Add beans; cook until heated through. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, onion, etc.
