2 T. Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 tsp. minced garlic
Chicken broth granules
1 Bag Leaf Spinach
Directions:
Directions:
Place oil and garlic in bottom of Corning Ware (microwave safe) dish. Place ½ of spinach in dish on top of oil/garlic. Sprinkle lightly with chicken broth granules. Place rest of spinach and sprinkle another layer of chicken broth granules. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
