8 medium potatoes (cooked and diced)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked crisp)
1/2 C. onions, chopped
1/2 C. green pepper. chopped
sliced stuffed green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. In a little of the bacon grease, fry the pepper and onion until cooked. Take off heat, add potatoes to pan, season with salt and pepper. Add sliced green olives and 1 bottle of Catalina salad dressing. Stir to coat -- serve warm.

I don't know where we got this recipe, but I know Mom and I have made it for over 30 years. This will keep well in crock pot on low setting if you want to make it up in advance. Stir every so often while in crock pot. As the potatoes will absorb the dressing, you might want to add a little more dressing right before serving. It's a nice pot luck or picnic dish.
