1 box Chex cereal
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 small chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 stick butter

Melt butter, chocolate chips. Pour over cereal. Toss till mixed. Put sugar in brown grocery bag. Pour in cereal. Shake until coated.
