Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound crab meat
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 egg, beaten
1 T. Mayo
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Old Bay Seasoning
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pick over the crab meat to remove any remaining pieces of shell. Tear bread into small pieces and place in medium-sized bowl with crab meat. Add egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay Seasoning. Mix ingredients by hand to avoid overworking the crab meat; you want to keep the lumps of meat as intact as possible. Form into patties. This should make 6 good-sized cakes.

Heat 2 T. of butter in skillet, then fry cakes over medium to medium low heat for about 4 mins. each side, or until brown crust forms on both sides of crab cake. Turn only once to avoid cakes from falling apart. Make sure heat is low enough so that cake is cooked through before it gets too brown.
