10 lemons
16 oz honey
1 liter gin

Directions:
Directions:
into a large container, slice and squeeze the lemons and then place the rinds (everything) in the container. Add all the honey and add gin.
Stir and let sit for 24 hours. Then stir again, squeeze each lemon rind and remove. Strain into large pitcher to remove the seeds.

Server over crushed ice.
Store in refrigerator. Stores well.
Keep away from minors.
