1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
3/4 c water
1 brisket (3lbs)

1 lb Potatoes and 1/2 lb baby carrots optional.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Place meat, into 9 x 13 pan. Mix soup and water together. pour over meat. Coat well.

Place in cooking bag or cover with foil and bake for 1hour. open bag, add potatoes and carrots. Spoon soup mix over veges.

Close bag or cover with foil and bake additional 1 hour min until tender.
