2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 c flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
8 oz. chocolate chips

TOPPING
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Line 24 muffin cups with cupcake papers. Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining 6 ingredients until moistened; batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Make topping (above) by mixing the 4 ingredients until crumbly; press into muffin tops until cups are full and mounded slightly. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove immediately from muffin tin and cool.

I found this recipe on the internet, I thought it to be a nice large amount that would last for a several days... they were such a hit they only lasted 2 days!
