1 Bag of Coconut
1 Pkg. Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake
1 Small Container of Cool Whip
1 - 3 oz. Package of Cream Cheese
1 Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 pkg. of Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake Mix - cook in two 8" or 9" round pans. Bake according to directions on package.

Icing:
Combine 1 small Cool Whip, 3 ounces cream cheese, 1 box instant Vanilla Pudding and 1 Cup milk. Combine all ingredients and mix throughly.

Spread icing on center of 1 layer and sprinkle with coconut. Top with 2nd layer and spread icing on top and sides then sprinkle coconut on top and sides.
