1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1/3 cup cold water
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together sugar, nuts and cinnamon; set aside. Stir together biscuit mix, cheese and apple. Make a well in center of cheese mixture, add water all at once, stirring just until moistened. Form into a ball. Flatten dough out on floured surface. Cut and divide into 18 pieces; shape each piece into a ball. Roll in melted butter, then in sugar mixture. Arrange in greased 9 inch round baking pan. Bake 400º 25-30 minutes.
