Butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Purple onion
Yellow bell pepper
Red bell pepper
2 jars whole mushrooms, drained
Smoked sausage
Boiled shrimp
Basil
Garlic salt
Salt/ pepper to taste



Directions:
Directions:
Cut red potatoes in half. Cook in water with a little butter, salt and pepper. Cook until not really tender but not hard. Drain when done.
Cut the onion, peppers, smoked sausage into bite sized pieces.
Put in a bowl; add rest of the ingredients and the cooked shrimp. Softly Mix in the cooked potato pieces.
Put in a dish and place on the grill, pour butter or margarine so won't stick. Stir and watch. Cook til the onion and peppers are done, rest will cook along with it.

I had a local chef write this down for me at a cookout. Delicious. You will be grilling the items that are already cooked so don't cook too well before you grill items.
