1 chopped onion
2tbsp italian dressing
1 can (101/2) chicken broth
2 broth cans of water
4 cups of chopped broccoli
1 cup milk
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup sharp chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion ,dressing, until tender. Add broth water, broccoli. Bring to boil, or until broccoli is tender. Pour into blender container in batches. Blend until smooth. return to saucepan. Cook on low heat until heated. Top with cheese.
