6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. round steak (1 in.thick)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. onion
2 tbsp oleo
1 c. chile sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (13 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 c. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,mustard and salt. Rub on both sides of steak and put in deep baking dish. Saute onion in oleo and put on top of steak. Combine chile sauce, tomato,water and beer and pour over top. Bake at 300º for 2 hrs.

Can use 1 c. tomato sauce and 1 tsp. chile powder instead of chile sauce. I put this in a roaster to cook
