3 Medium onions
1 medium green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeņo pepper diced(1/2 if very hot)
2 Lb Ground Beef
1 Lb Chorizo Sausage
2 Lbs Chuck in 1/2 in cubes
1 can green chilies
2 cans ground tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
4 Oz chili powder (Can vary type to taste)
2 Tb cumin
1 can beer
2 to 3 bay leaves
12 Oz water
Garlic Salt, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and saute first 4 ingredients. Add meat and brown.
Add remaining ingredients (not water) and cook for 3 to 5
minutes. Add water just to cover the top. Cook three
hours on low heat.
