1 produce bag of fresh Jalapeņo Peppers
1 package cream cheese
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of plain bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Take out cream cheese and allow to soften.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and hearts.

Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese and mix throughly.

Spoon cheese mixture into hollowed out pepper halves.

Arrange peppers on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle exposed tops with bread crumbs.

Place in oven and bake until cheese melts.

Sit down with a cold beer and enjoy!
