Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 - 16 ox. can mandarin oranges w/ liquid

Topping:
8 oz. cool whip
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1 - 5.25 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1-1/2 c. milk

Cake:
Mix together the cake ingredients and pour into a greased 9 X 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Topping:
In a large bowl, blend the pudding and milk together. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Spread over the cake. Cover and keep in the refrigerator. Allow to set for at least 6 hours before serving
