1 lb. asparagus
olive oil
salt
4 oz. crumbled goat cheese
3 slices hickory or applewood smoked bacon
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp (pan or microwave). Allow to cool slightly and crumble. Set aside. Clean asparagus and break off growth ends to remove tough sections. Drizzle with olive oil. Place under broiler on high for 8-12 min turning when slightly brown. Remove when lightly brown on both sides and tender. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, goat cheese and bacon. Serve.
