1 (6oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 large container of Cool Whip (use 3/4)
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can peeled apricot halves (cut into quarters)
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend hot water with Jello and 1 1/4 cup of juice from the apricot and pineapple cans. Cool (in refrigerator) until slightly jelled. Add the Cool Whip and crushed pineapple and whip together. Fold apricots by hand into the mixture.

Pour into greased mold and chill. Release from mold and serve cold.
