1 1/2 Cups sweet potatoes - cooked and mashed
2/3 Cups dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp lemon flavoring
1 Cup milk
1 deep dish 9" pie shell - uncooked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, spread into pie shell and bake
at 400 degrees - 15 minutes. Reduce to 325 and bake for 30 additional minutes until filling is set.
