1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp.salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, beat well, add milk, add sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Roll to 1/4 inch thick and cut out with cookie cutter. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool and then put powdered sugar frosting on them.
