4 medium (about 2 lbs.) all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In 13" x 9" baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
