1 lb. extra sharp cheese
medium size jar pimento
1-2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 jar mayonnaise
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese in a food processor. Add pimentos, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Use as much mayonnaise as needed to make mixture creamy.
