2-large bunches of kale greens (washed & cleaned)
1- large bunch of collard greens(washed & cleaned)
Use salt to taste
Dash of sugar
Smoked turkey parts (washed)
Black pepper to taste
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Add turkey parts to water in a dutch oven . Allow to boil for 30 minutes. Add extra water as needed. Add kale and collard greens to water/ turkey mixture. Add salt, sugar, pepper. Allow to cook for at least 3 hours.
