2 chilies poblano
2bell peppers
1 stick oleo
1 large (16oz) carton sour cream
1 medium onion
1 package (12oz) monterey jack cheese
2c rice, uncooked
4c chicken broth
1/2t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sliced chilies and onion in oleo. Place in blender with sour cream. Cook rice in chicken broth. Salt and pepper. Layer cooked rice in baking dish with sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
