The Sauce:
1 Lb. Sweet Italian Sausage or Ground Beef
2/3 C. each... Fresh Chopped Onion,
Fresh chopped Parsley
1/2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
3 Cans Tomato Paste
1 ( 15oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
2 C. Water
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Sweet Basil

Brown meat, onions 1/2 of the parsley and Garlic... drain.
Add the next 6 ingredients, mix and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Lb Ricotta Cheese
1 (10oz.) Frozen chopped Spinach thawed and squeezed dry.
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 Lasagna noodles cooked.
3 C. Shredded mozzarella Cheese.
Combine remaining parsley, add above ingredients
(except noodles) in a large bowl and mix.
In a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish spread 2 cups of sauce mixture, layer 4 noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 remaining sauce mixture and 1 C shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat ending with noodles and sauce and Mozzarella cheese
Bake 350 Covered for 45 minutes.
Uncover and cook 10 minutes more
Cool 10 minutes before serving
