4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. fine chocolate cookie crumbs

silver candy balls (eyes/nose)
black licorice whips (tails)
sliced almonds (ears)

Directions:
Melt chocolate. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Add cookie crumbs and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour. For each mouse, shape 2 tsp. of dough into an oval shape. Fashion eyes, nose, tails and ears with candy and almonds.
