5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. yeast
1 c. milk
1 c.water
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well. In a small saucepan (or microwave), heat water, milk and margarine until very warm (50-55 degrees). Add warm liquid and egg to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened then 3 minutes at medium. By hand, stir in additional 3 cups of flour until dough pulls cleanly away from sides of bowl.

On floured surface, knead in 1/2 to 1 1/2 c. flour until dough is smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes). Place dough in greased bowl; cover with plastic wrap and warm, damp towel. Let rise until doubled (45 to 60 minutes).

Punch down to remove air bubbbles. Shape and let rise until double (45 to 60 minutes).

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Use for cinnamon buns, sweet dinner rolls, raisin cinnamon bread, crust for dessert pizza, etc.

Roll out dough, spread with mixture of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, roll up and cut into cinnamon buns. Top with Cream Cheese Icing after baking
