4 Junket tablets dissolved in 2 T. luke warm water

Instructions say Heat milk to luke warm only. That's it.

I would assume Junket tablets were probably an early form of unflavored gelatine but we should research before we try to make this. I wanted to include it anyway as it is probably from the 1800s.
