2 eggs, beaten
2 C Evaporated milk
1 C. Montery Jack cheese, grated
1 C. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Place beaten eggs, milk and cheeses in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Add cooked tater tots, ham or any type of cooked vegetable, or a combination of all, stir and serve immediately.

Not sure about this one as I never had it. I printed it exactly as she wrote it -- so no guarantees. But, it's probably fabulous.
