1-1/2 C. quick cooking grits
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1-1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 - 2 T. picante sauce
1/2 onion, minced finely

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to package directions. Set aside. Cook sausage over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Combine grits, sausage and remaining ingredients and spoon into a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
