Ingredients:  
1 two pound lean roast, sliced and cut up into bite size pieces
2 or 3 acorn squash, sliced up into thin slices
1 whole onion, peeled and chopped up
3 or 4 carrots, sliced up into 1/8 inch slices
1 large can whole tomatoes with juice, chopped up
1 can of mushrooms with juice
4 cups sliced up cabbage
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
Sprinkle with meat tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat into water with meat tenderizer and cook until looks and tastes done. Then add all of the vegetables and seasoning and more water if needed and cook until vegetables are tender. Then serve with crackers or cornbread and something to drink.
