Mexican Casserole Recipe

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 c medium salsa
1/2 bunch green onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes chopped
1 can sliced black olives
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water
tortilla chips
green chiles (opt.)

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with tortilla chips. Brown hamburger & onions. Add taco seasoning & water to meat, simmer a couple minutes. Pour meat mixture over tortilla chips. Mix salsa & sour cream, spread over meat. Top with cheese, green onions, tomatoes, black olives & chiles.
Bake at 350 about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
