5-6 Apples sliced 1/3
1 c. Sugar
2 tlbs. Flour
1 tbls. cornstarch (optional)
Cinnamon to taste
2 tbls. butter

Line bottom of pie pan with 1 layer crust.
Place sliced apples in crust in 3 layers.
Sprinkle sugar, flour,cornstarch mix between layers.
Place butter (3-4 small chunks) on top of final layer.
Top with 2nd crust.
Pinch edges trim edges.
Poke top crust with fork to vent.
Pre-heat oven to 450 and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350 and bake for 34 minutes.
