3/4 cup (6 oz.) evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 block butter or oleo
3 cups pecans (slices or large pieces)
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix evaporated milk, sugar, butter & vanilla in heavy sauce pan. Cook mixture until soft ball forms when tested in tap water. Remove from heat - add pecans - mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
