2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2/3 cup evaporated mik
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons boiling water
7 large marshmallows
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 black butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar & cocoa - add milk & 1 cup of boiling water. Cook until soft ball forms when tested in tap water. Add marshmallows & 2 tablespoons boiling water. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Remove from stove - add 1 tablespoon vanilla & 1/2 block butter or oleo. Let set until butter melts. Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Beat until mixture thickens. Pour in pan that has been greased with butter or oleo - let cool completely. Cut in pieces.

To make Peanut butter fudge omit pecans and add 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter.
