Crust:
1 C. flour
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and place in 9x13" pan. Bake 350 for 10 - 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread over cooled crust.

2 pkgs. instant pudding
Mix per package instructions, let thicken and layer over cream cheese filling.

Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts (optional) and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.

Very yummy. Any flavor of pudding is great -- but chocolate is usually the favorite.
