1/2 c. green onions (chopped)
2 10oz. pkgs chopped frozen spinach thawed &
4 cloves garlic
4 T. butter
2 14oz. cans artichokes , quartered & drained
2 c. heavy cream
4 oz. garlic herb cheese
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

In a large frying pan, saute' onions & garlic in butter
over medium heat. Add spinach & artichokes &
cook on low heat briefly. Add cream, garlic herb
cheese, salt & pepper. Simmer until cheese is melted, & mixture is blended. Remove from heat &
fold in parmesan cheese. Serve warm with tortilla
chips. Can be made ahead of time & reheated.
