3 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 T. paprika
1 1/2 T. salt
1 1/2 T. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 lb. pork baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray.
Rub dry mixture into the ribs, and place each portion into its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove from foil and add sauce, if desired.

When you are ready to serve these ribs, you can add more BBQ sauce if you like, but I find that they have a lot of flavor just the way they are. If you don't want them quite as spicy, cut the black pepper down to 1 tablespoon.
