2 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup of Crisco Oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Orange Juice
3 Granny Smith Apples
2 tbsp of cinnamon
5 tbsp of sugar

Directions:

Mix Sugar and Oil until creamy. Add Salt and Vanilla. Add 4 eggs, then 2 cups of Flour. Add Orange Juice and the last cup of Flour. Mix well until this becomes a thick dough. Slice skinless apples into small slices. In a separate bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and sugar. In a greased bundt pan add 1/2 of the batter then layer your apples on top of the batter. Once you have layered the apples, layer the remaining dough on top of the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 mins. Make sure you test the center, before removing from the oven.
