2 cups Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
2 cups lime pepper
1 cup chili powder
1 cup garlic powder
1 cup coarse black pepper

Wash brisket off and rub dry. Mix ingredients together. Add rub to the brisket before cooking.

TIPS FROM TRENT:
“You can add about a cup of cayenne pepper to the rub mix. Just make sure you cover the meat thoroughly. Smoke the brisket with the fat side up. The juices will drain and help the meat self marinate. Cook the brisket well done (about 14-16 hours) and enjoy.”
