1 envelope gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup very hot water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1-lb can whole cranberry sauce
1 orange or apple
1-8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix gelatin with sugar and salt. Add hot water, stir until dissolved. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Blend with beater. Put into refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes for soft set. (set at sides, but, soft in center) Beat until fluffy and fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into molds and chill till firm.
