2 cans minced clams
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ green pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
¼ lb butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 dash Tabasco
½ c bread crumbs
8 oz Velveeta
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams and lemon juice. In another pan, melt butter, sauté onion, green pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley and Tabasco.

Combine the two pans contents into a baking dish, add cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20 mins.
