¼ tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dry mustard
¾ tsp salt

Place peppercorns and rosemary in coffee grinder; pulse until coffee is coarsely ground. Combine pepper mixture with remaining ingredients and rub evenly over both sides of steaks.
