1/4 c plus 2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp oregano
3 tbsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together; store in an airtight container. Pour mixture into a shaker and use on meat, poultry, and vegetables.
