Spam 7 ounces
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Rice 3 cups
Wax paper few sheets
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Mirin sauce 2 tablespoons
Dry seaweed (yakinori) 1 packet

1. Cook the three cups of rice in the rice-cooker.
2. prepare the spam by cutting into seven one-ounce pieces. Then fry in the frypan with soy sauce, mirin sauce and sugar.
3. Cook the spam in the sauce until the liquid is reduced and has thickened, then set aside.
4. Place the yakinori out on the cutting board and place rice evenly on top. Then press the spam into the middle section of the rice and add a little leftover sauce. Fold and wrap in the wax paper and let set.
